We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. Easy walking distance to town, 18-hole golf course, Lake Morey (beach pass included). Hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and outdoor ice skating track are also within walking distance. Dartmouth Skiway only 15-20 minutes away. Other larger ski areas about 1- 1 1/2 hours away. Located 1/4 mi off of Exit 15 on I-91. Pine Cabin has a sweeping view of the White and Green Mts, located on 1000+ acres of conservation land. The cabin itself has a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, two bedrooms, and a cozy living room with fireplace. The Front Porch, looking out at the view,is the best place to be with a cup of coffee or cocktail.

Macintosh Hill Farm

Originally built in 1817 by the Macintosh Family, our family farm is steeped in historical beauty. Nestled in the hills of Bethel, we live in an area rich with skilled farmers, shepherds, cheese makers, and artists. We make apple cider from our orchard, raise chickens, make maple syrup, and grow produce for our family. Our home is surrounded by far reaching views, big skies and lush countryside. Each booking gets privacy & exclusivity, making our farm your perfect retreat.

Cozy Little Spot (Self Check-in)

Contactless check-in. Cozy guest house, cabin-studio-getaway; enjoy the sounds of a stream outside the window (next to the bed). Views of a larger brook below. The"Cabin"is nestled in the trees giving a feeling of floating above the brook below. The interior is decorated w/family heirlooms gathered from around the country. Nothing fancy, just a cozy simple getaway. 3.25 mi from town. Choose from a variety of activities in town or hop on nearby trails. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Windswept Acres Sugarhouse

Looking for a Rustic adventure? ...the Sugar House is your stop. Well water no longer comes via a hand pump (we just added running hot and cold water!) but there is still an outhouse in the back. A favorite of many of our "regulars" with a great view of the sunrise. You are on 55 acres with two ponds for swimming, fishing, and paddling, plenty of hilltops to hike to and soak in panoramic views... and plenty of privacy.
