Welcome to Hill Crest House, located on the Coast Road between Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the sleepy village of North Cotes. Sleeps 8, 2 double bedrooms-both en-suite-2 twin bedrooms, private heated indoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, games room with pool table, pinball machines, 3 arcade machines and games console, living room with log burner, conservatory, large garden with lots of different sitting out areas, lovely rural location.

Newly decorated and furnished for 2021, you enter your private suite on the ground floor, walking straight into the new beautifully fitted kitchen complete with appliances, elegant dining area perfect for relaxed and cozy romantic candle lit dinners. Upstairs and you enter your warm living area with a small balcony with views of Baysgarth Park, furnished with sofa and matching chairs, soft lighting and a smart tv leading into the bedroom with it’s sumptuous antique french bed and en-suite.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and the sea crashing against the rocks when you stay in this lovely static caravan at the quieter end of the park. Near the beach and fishing lake but only a short walk to the club house for food and entertainment. Passes need to be purchased separately from clubhouse for Swimming and other activities. A real home from home for all the family. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed linen can be provided for an extra cost. In winter months the club house and pool is close

Lovely Static Caravan at Sand Le Mere, Tunstall

Ronnie's Retreat is a lovely static caravan situated on the East Coast of Yorkshire. 5 minutes walk from the beach. A lovely little home from home - all bedding provided as well as home comforts such as tea, coffee and sugar, slow cooker, free Wi-Fi and a high chair and travel cot if required - please let me know in advance if you need these so I can ensure they are ready for your stay. Please note that although there is no central heating, we have electric plug-in heaters for your use.
