There is room for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a bedroom with 3 bunk beds and bathroom with 2 other huge gathering or entertaining rooms in the basement. You won't even know the kids are downstairs. We also just built a brand new deck and installed a new back door off the kitchen into the backyard.
