The Groover House

Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. The primary bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed & double vanity in the en suite bathroom. There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The LR comfortably seats 6. We have high speed WiFi & smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen seats 6. The outside patio has more eating space & lounge area where smoking is allowed.
