Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. The back yard is ready for you. There are 2 separate spaces to watch TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals. Come and relax in this newly renovated charming retreat just minutes away from downtown Northport and Tuscaloosa. Also, located three miles from the University of Alabama campus and Bryant Denny Stadium.. This 1920’s built home has large rooms and plenty of outdoor space.
