Enjoy the wall of windows that creates a magical stay with breathtaking views. This is the perfect place to relax, sit in the barrel sauna, hike through the private forest, roast marshmallows over the fire, and soak up the sounds of nature. A space that’s made for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Hygge House-Backyard Hiking, Bethel Woods, Rafting

Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

This lovely hand-made home in the woods, lined with windows, flooded with light, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a large wraparound deck facing a feisty stream. It has 10 hilly acres of woods with its own paths to wander. Work, relax and play in its inspiring kitchen and lofty spaces stocked with albums, movies, books, art supplies, and instruments. Enveloped in nature, yet only a 10 minute drive to local hot spots including Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Skinners' Falls and Bethel Woods.

Catskills Delaware River Colonial Getaway

The Blue Hill House is a warm colonial home outfitted with all the modern necessities, located in the town of Narrowsburg- two hours north of NYC. It boasts five bedrooms and three baths. A two minute drive to Main street and the Delaware River. Just a 20 minute trip to Woodstock Bethel Woods, Resorts World Catskills Casino, The Kartrite Indoor Waterpark and Big Bear Ski Mountain Resort. The house is situated on two acres.

Teal Cottage in Honesdale

Newly renovated cute cottage in historical Honesdale. Originally built in the 1940's as a TV repair shop and lovingly converted into a home. You will find yourself in rural PA, yet close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants in town. Get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a few peaceful days in our lovely town. Garage parking for one car or a 15 minute walk from the Shoreline bus drop-off.
