Imobilul în care este situat se afla pe malul marii, în dreptul Epavei Evanghelia, în imediata vecinătate a zonei de festival Beach Please!

Garsoniera este complet utilată și pregătită cu tot ce ai nevoie, fie că vii pentru un weekend sau pentru un sejur mai lung.
