Our Cabin is a perfect mountain get away. Whether you're visiting nearby Twain Harte Lake, Pinecrest, Yosemite or just wanting to relax & enjoy sitting on the back deck with a glass of wine; You'll find our home a very relaxing and quiet stay with a short 4 min walk to town! In the winters enjoy a huge wood burning fire place and watch the snow fall in the big picturesque front windows & tall open beamed ceiling. We are located in a quiet neighborhood to decompress from the hustle and bustle.

Set out on an adventure and return to a retreat of peace and relaxation just 54 miles to Yosemite National Park west entrance (additional 25 miles to Valley), 30 minutes to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort and Pincrest Lake. Open the front door to the cottage to find a bright space which beautifully showcases the locally harvested Sugarpine beams and trim work. Nestled in the Pines yet close to all amenities downtown Twain Harte has to offer, you will be immersed in natural beauty both inside and outside.

Twain Harte has a golf course, Disc golf course, tennis & pickle ball, mini golf course & more.

Welcome to Haven in the Trees! I am grateful to share my little piece of joy with you and yours. You will be staying in a lovely warm comfortable studio complete with a wee fridge, microwave and all you need to enjoy a light meal. You can relax outside on a private deck absorbing the sounds and sights of nature or you can take a five minute walk into the quaint village of Twain Harte where you can enjoy an espresso, many delicious restaurants and unique shops. Upstairs there’s a tv/video game space and a separate play area, plus room to sleep 6 in your light bright loft - including 2 separate sleeping areas w/a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a daybed/trundle

10 private acres conveniently located off Highway 108 with excellent proximity to Downtown Twain Harte as well as Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. This sweet little cottage overlooking the beautiful Stanislaus River Canyon boasts STUNNING sunset views every clear evening. Absolutely ideal for a romantic getaway... proposal, wedding anniversary or wedding night. Unique setting with special touches throughout including claw foot tub on the deck (unavailable in winter months)!

Enjoy private access to Twain Harte Lake, unfortunately they closed the lake on 6th of September 2025, and open Late May2026, The Lake does charge a $8.00 fee to guests per day. Places to visit: Pinecrest Lake, Beardsley Lake, Dodge Ridge, Yosemite, Black Oak Casino, Downtown Sonora, Jamestown, Columbia and much more. Sit back and relax and enjoy your stay with us.
