A spacious renovated farm offering room for 12 to 16 people in total. The Een zeer ruime modern verbouwde boerderij die plaats biedt aan 12 tot 16 personen in totaal. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

Das denkmalgeschützte Haus, das sich mitten in Nordhorn befindet wurde saniert und im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Auf knapp 60m² erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- & Essbereich mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Maisonette-Zimmer, das man über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Oben angekommen befinden sich nochmal 2 Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fön. WLAN & ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden.

Op deze unieke plek kun je genieten van de IJssel, de schitterende vergezichten en zonsondergangen, met een strandje aan je voeten, waar je kunt zwemmen tussen de kribben. 's Avonds zittend bij een vuurtje op de dijk, én op loopafstand van het sfeervolle centrum van Zutphen! De uiterwaarden liggen naast het huis, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en genieten van de rust. Je kunt onze 2persoons kayak lenen en het water opgaan, en er is een flipperkast in huis! De woning is zeer ruim met 140m2.

Grenzend aan natuurgebied Mantingerveld staat onze ruime, knusse cottage voor 10-12 personen op een klein villapark. Er is een grote tuin met landelijke overkapping en zicht op de vijver. Vanuit ons huis kun je direct wandelen en fietsen langs oude paden of bezoek bijvoorbeeld Het Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte of onderneem de Drentse Brocanteroute. Op 600m bevindt zich een 18-holes golfbaan en Grand Café Martensplek met een prima keuken.
