Perfect house for a beach getaway

Charming beach house on a private street just 1 block from Seacliff and Rio Del Mar beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large bonus room, there's space for everyone. The roomy kitchen was completely remodeled in 2019 and new 6-person hot tub added in 2021. Close to everything, but away from the crowds, this is the perfect place for a getaway - BBQ on the main deck or soak up the sun on the roof deck. (Sorry, NO parties, NO pets) (NOTE: 11% county tax will be added to all reservations)

Pleasure Point is also close to 38th Ave Surf Sanctuary, Privates beach, Verve Coffee, Bike Paths and restaurants. The host are available for any questions or issues. They live in the cottage on the back part of the property and there is a charming privacy fence. They are very diligent to make sure your privacy is respected.

Opal Cliff Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, home on Opal Cliff Drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all the fun things! Views of the ocean across the street. Privates Beach a few doors down and the Hook Surf Spot and Pleasure Point at the corner - several sets of stairs. Lovely 15-minute walk to Capitola. One of the oldest and favorite vacation rentals in Santa Cruz - over 22 years! Many repeat guests. Super well supplied. Luxury, comfy accommodations. Perfect spot!

Wave House by the Beach for Two!

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS: Spacious house with a loft bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub, skylights, full kitchen, large living room and dining area. Lots of light. Two decks, yard, driveway and garage for parking. Only a 0.3 mile walk to the beach and boardwalk. A 0.4 mile walk to the wharf. And a 0.7 mile walk to downtown. Lots of outdoor activities in the area! Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children under 10.
