Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. FIND YOUR CENTER ON CENTER LAKE- come relax at this little lakeside retreat! With nostaglic wood paneling, don’t expect modern & chic but do expect quiet & comfy. Visit in the warmer months to fish, watch wildlife & take a leisurely cruise on the pontoon boat or paddle boat (for rent beginning in May). Center Lake is weedy and excellent for fishing but not recommended for swimming. Dog-friendly!There are security cameras on the both doors to monitor entry, delivery of packages, and pier/boat.
