Fox+Fern Cottage is your cozy home away from home. Our Cottage is walkable to nearly everything in Two Harbors. We are a mile walk to the lake and less than that to Castle Danger Brewery. Fantastic base to explore the North Shore (see reviews). Our yard is a quiet oasis with outdoor seating and swings galore. It is perfectly located 20 minutes from Duluth and 5 minutes from Two Harbors, 5 from a boat launch. Where to go for that peaceful retreat? Look no further than our humble gîte! Sip coffee on the porch, feel the breeze and hear the wind among the trees. Adventures by day: hike, fish or day trip to Grand Marais! The bike trail puts much in reach, jog to Gooseberry, bike to Split Rock, or stroll to Thompson Beach. In the evening the full kitchen is a dream for a foodie, or head fifteen minutes to a brewery. Before bed put up your feet, play a game, read a book, or doze by the fireplace’s heat.

Enjoy a luxurious bathroom, with a heated tile floor, walk-in shower. Towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are provided. King bed in loft and NEW king gel memory foam bed on main floor. Smart TV, wifi. Books, games Woodstove heats the cabin perfectly in the colder months. All wood provided. There is a minisplit heat/ac unit.
