This historic raised beach cottage was built in 1920. Beautiful, original pine walls and floors. We want you to feel like you are borrowing a friend's beach house. You can feel your shoulders relax when you walk in the door. Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. With 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large living area, a back deck under a large shaded pecan tree and an outdoor shower with a dressing room. It simply can't get any better than this!

Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

Welcome 2026! Adorable Tybee cottage with Pool/Spa

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool. Heated pool option is available after April 1st, 2026 and only if daytime temperature is above 70 degrees. HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay and only for days that heat is turned on. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.
