The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

For your pleasure, enjoy epic ocean views from the brand new balcony hot tub! Watch the sunrise and ships go by from your private oasis, or take 47 steps and watch them from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

The Barracks - #2

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at The Barracks on Tybee overlooks Jaycee park and features soaring ceilings, seasonally heated pool, professional kitchen with marble counters, and front porch rockers for ultimate beach vibes and relaxation. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.

This charming one-bedroom studio is nestled on a tidal creek in the picturesque Tybee Island North End neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. This is CASULA SOLIS!! Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up.
