From the moment you step through the doorway, you feel at home, as if you have always lived in a cottage by the sea. The gentle smell of salt air and the cozy interior inspire you to embrace the care-free island life. Slow down, cook a great meal, walk to the beach, drink a beer. This is living on Tybee time! This beach cottage is great for a small family or a group of friends. Sleeps up to 6 in 2 big bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed. There is a full-size sofa bed in the living room.

Community POOL and TENNIS! 1st floor condo overlooks the pool; ocean view where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Blocks from Huc-a-poo's and walkable to the Lighthouse. Caribbean vibe decor. Private balcony and seating. King size primary with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Purple queen size mattress in guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa. W/D in unit. Beach chairs available.

This is a honeymooners delight! Small families are welcome too. *During the winter months-the Heated Spa is available, but not the pool.* HEATED POOL/SPA OPTION IS $40.00 per DAY EXTRA. Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

47 Steps to the Beach - Hot Tub Ocean Views!

For your pleasure, enjoy epic ocean views from the brand new balcony hot tub! Watch the sunrise and ships go by from your private oasis, or take 47 steps and watch them from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

This popular beach getaway offers all the comforts of home, dog friendly, WiFi, 50" smart TV w/ cable, fully equipped kitchen w/ essentials, laundry room, and outdoor entrance. Less than a block from stores and restaurants, and 3 blocks from Tybee’s lighthouse. Basic essentials, beach supplies, and a grill are provided for your convenience. Free parking pass for 1 vehicle.

The Anderson

Take it easy at this unique space. Just a short five minute walk to the beach. 600 sq ft place, bottom level of our home. 1 bedroom, 1 bth, kitchenette with frig, micro & Keurig. Entry through bottom. 3 AC/dehumidifier’s units. We live on the Marsh and low tide happens twice a day. Couch could be used for one person or some small kiddos. Pop up single bed available. Beach chairs and towels. WiFi can be spotty. Provided but not guaranteed. “Island living”.

Updated and professionally decorated, this space offers everything you'll need and want for the perfect vacation getaway. The unit itself has a stunning ocean view along with a balcony porch that stretches across the living room and master bedroom spaces. Swim and tennis also available on property.

Wait n Sea *BEACH FRONT* POOLS*

We love this condo. It’s been recently upgraded and renovated. We have an amazing view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private beach access, two great pools and provided covered parking. This is a third floor condo with no elevator. The view is absolutely amazing but you have to walk up 3 floors of stairs to access. It’s about 46 total steps. This is a top floor condo so no one is above you.

Tidal Creek Studio- private dock

This charming one-bedroom studio is nestled on a tidal creek in the picturesque Tybee Island North End neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. The cozy and inviting studio includes a spacious bedroom, a full bath, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area and easy access to the dock. One parking spot is provided for your convenience.
