Our private apartment is a lovely retreat on a country road with mountain views. Come rest and rejuvenate in our quiet getaway or enjoy a scenic walk. We offer a full efficiency with wifi, Dish, and flatscreen TV for your enjoyment. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, and private patio for your use. We are located just three minutes from Sweet Briar College, 20 minutes from Liberty University, and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to restaurants and downtown Amherst. Various orchards and historical landmarks dot the landscape. Come and enjoy!

Ultimate cabin in the mountains

This unique and secluded cabin sits on 75 acres in the Blue Ridge mountains. Enjoy the cozy wood fireplace, hot tub, charcoal grill, and fast, reliable fiberoptic internet if you need to get some work done while you're away. It has a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and is pet-friendly (no pet fee!), so you can enjoy it with the whole family. There is a 4K 55” smart TV with apps, a Tesla LVL 2 charger, a cabinet full of board games, books, and plenty of items to entertain both kids and adults!

On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

Step off your spacious front porch to stroll through the vineyards of Lovingston Winery! Bring your friends and spend the weekend in a cozy cabin with modern amenities in the famous Monticello wine region. This 64 acre property includes pre-civil war oak trees, mountain views, and a pond with otters! We encourage you to explore the property and enjoy a glass of Lovingston Wine. This cozy guesthouse is a perfect getaway. It has SPECTACULAR views of the Priest and Three Ridges. Located in Massies Mill, it is a 20-30 minute drive to the Appalachian Trail, Wintergreen, breweries, wineries, and distilleries. It is also practically around the corner from Pharsalia Events. There are several convenience stores close by, but the closest grocery store is an 18 minute drive. Situated on 26 acres, there is more than a mile of marked trails available to walk as you wish.
