Our new modern 3 Bedroom lodge is in the perfect location for just about everyone. Positioned at the edge of a popular Parkdean holiday park on the Northumberland coastline this lodge has fantastic views over the estuary, beach and sea. You can simply sit on the large decking area and take in the changing views for hours. The site has a restaurant, showbar (with daily entertainment), indoor pool and sports area. The site amenities are closed Nov-Feb but direct beach access is available all year.

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.
