Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Tucked away between the windswept fields and desolate dunes of the raw and rugged, Shipwreck Coast, you will find, Longmeadow Estate. Sheltered from the heavy sea you will at once feel at home here. A quiet place to escape and reconnect. Spend your days combing the secluded beach for natures treasures. Scan the coastline for whales breaching and take a moment to reflect on a landscape steeped in history of early explorers, perished ships, heroism and foul play.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

The house is one of two set on 10 acres of natural bushland and nearby access to the Great South West Walk. Ideal in all seasons; you can enjoy the ocean crested sunsets on the expansive patio as you sip on a wine or two, alternatively you can snuggle in around the fire and enjoy the same amazing view from the lounge area.

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.
