Modern mini villa built 2022 just by the ocean with fantastic view over the bay and archipelago. Beachfront with private jetty just below the house. Boat, kayaks, SUP´s and bicycles at your disposal. Totally 48 sqm split on lower floor with hall, master bedroom and bathroom, upper floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen and small bedroom with bunk bed. Sliding doors to balcony & terrace. Close to Tyresö castle & Tyresta National Park. Stockholm city only 21 km. Good public transportation.

An amazing place right on the sea on a beautiful car free frisland in the Swedish Archipelago. A sun deck/jetty, a boat house, a small dingy and sauna included. The main house has a big veranda directly outside the kitchen (10-14). Also inside dining area is big. Main house = 4 bedrooms = 8 people (3 double & 2 single. Possible extra bed. At an additional cost you can also rent an small house fitting 4. Deposit for the boat 5000 SEK. Transport to Island with taxi boat or according to agreement.

Seaside House in the archipelago - Dalarö

A wonderful simple house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!
