The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Newport Pagnell high street and pubs. The house is sold and we are waiting for exchange, it has no frills just very basic kitcen equipment and the bedroom. You will have the entire house to yourself, I am removing furniture slowly so the dining and sitting areas may not be furnished. Upstairs there is a bathroom and downstairs a shower area. Driveway has room for 1 car. Newport is perfect access to M1 and only ten minutes drive to MK shopping centre.

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
