Historic Tower with Views of the Lake and Countryside

Take in the stunning view over Lake Trasimeno. Nestled in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside, in a protected area known for its natural scenic beauty, this tower built using reclaimed materials features a private garden, barbecue, and pergola. The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September and it is shared with other our guests. The tower is created out of the restoration of an old abandoned stable situated in the centre of a small countryside hamlet called Sanguineto. This place takes its name from the famous bloody battle of 217 BC fought between the Roman army and the Carthaginian army (led by Hannibal). Today this area is classified as one of outstanding natural beauty, where traditional farming methods are still very much in evidence, the major crops being olives and wine grapes. The property have been luxuriously finished using traditional building methods and materials combined with the latest technology. It has its own independent liquid propane gas (LPG) central-heating system, with the boiler located outside the building, as well as its own electricity. A pergola, and a private garden giving out onto the surrounding landscape, offering a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, complete the building. The tower has two floors, one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, one bathroom, private garden, and pergola. Swimming-pool. The tower and the private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs, reserved parking space. The pool is shared with the other guests of Borgo Sanguineto. The area of Lake Trasimeno offers the opportunity to visit many medieval villages. It is also close to several historical cities, such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Cortona, Rome, and Florence. The tower has a private parking. is advisable to have a means of transport available to move.

Medieval Tower "Il Castellaccio"

You'll stay in a real medieval tower which is spread over three levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room with kitchen, on the first floor a bedroom with private bathroom and on the second floor the suite with private bathroom. The interiors are made particularly welcoming and evocative for the presence of antique furniture combined with more modern textiles and accessories and for the presence of the artistic ceramics of our territory. Outside you can enjoy a large private garden.

Medieval Tower experience with Panoramic Rooftop

If you are looking for a memorable experience, this is the right place for you! With its 42 mt high, the Salvucci Tower is one of the famous towers of San Gimignano and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread apartment divided into 11 floors, for a total of 143 steps. A unique and timeless place, ideal to experience something never tried before. The tower can hosts couples or small groups up to 3 people. Its panoramic rooftop boasts an incredibly breathtaking view all over the town.

La "Casina del Dazio" è conosciuta in tutto in quartiere di Porta Sant'Angelo in quanto piccolo edificio storico che un tempo ospitava la casa del daziere all'ingresso della città. Divenuta poi edificio comunale fatiscente è stata oggi ristrutturata e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è strategica in quanto si trova in una delle zone più belle di Perugia, antistante al famoso "Tempietto". Dall'edificio è possibile raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutti i principali punti di interesse.

La Torre di Conca

La Torre di Conca è un incantevole appartamento ricavato da una antica torre di guardia la cui costruzione risale a metà del 1500. E' l'unica torre della costa che conserva la elegante corona di merli alla sua sommità. L'ambiente unico con il soffitto a botte altissimo, e una alta finestra ad arco. Le antiche feritoie sono ora piccole finestre o nicchie. Il panorama è davvero mozzafiato con vista mare e della costa. La torre è il luogo ideale per la luna di miele.

The independent apartment “Torrione San Lorenzo” is located in the historical city centre of Terracina, on the 3rd floor of a VI Century AD’s Roman tower. Splendid sea views from the windows. It has been partially renovated in 2016. In all rooms you will enjoy outstanding original Roman vaults. The owners, directly descendants of major local families (counts Pace and counts Antonelli), offer short and mid-term stays in Terracina throughout the year.

Torre dei Battagli-Dormi in una torre medioevale

Sulla ciclabile che da Rimini porta in Valmarecchia si staglia una torre medioevale risalente al XIV secolo. Fatta erigere da un facoltoso riminese Fusso de’ Battagli. Un tempo torre di guardia di una estesa fattoria fortificata, custodiva grano e prodotti della terra. La gente veniva qui nel ricetto per cuocere il pane. Oggi questo non succede più ma la torre mantiene un suo fascino come luogo fortezza dentro cui rilassarsi e sentirsi protetti .

Zwischen Rom und Neapel, am nordwestlichen Rand des Nationalpark Abruzzo und am Ende des Val di Comino liegt unterhalb des wunderschönen Bergdorfes Picinisco dieser 400 Jahre alte Turm mit 76qm auf drei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss ein typischer italienischer „Salone“ mit gemütlichem Kamin und kleiner Küche, auf der mittleren Etage das Duschbad und ein Schlafzimmer und im Obergeschoss ein weiteres Schlafzimmer.
