This is a beautiful 1938 cottage with gardens on all 4 sides of the property for drinks w/ Friends or grilling with Family. There are multiple skylight sources of natural light. The office space will support any collaboration requirement. Relax in the gardens while your car is plugged into the ChargePoint EV Charger. This is a very comfortable house for any season or length of stay. The house, patios and gardens make an excellent gathering spot for friends and associates to reconnect and relax.

The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.
