Aansluitend de keuken met bar en inbouwapparatuur. Tevens grote eettafel voor 8 personen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers op de 1e en 2e verdieping. Aanlegsteiger van 20 m. * De woning staat in een rustige buurt en is daardoor niet geschikt voor feestende groepen! * Sauna, hottub, sup en sloep tegen meerprijs te activeren.

Friendly luxury holiday home Ameland 2-8P (new)

Beautiful atmospheric thatched 8-person holiday home with air conditioning throughout, a nice fireplace, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a lovely spacious enclosed garden with lounge set, sun loungers, garden furniture and bbq. There is a lovely play lawn for the children, and there are many bunnies walking around. Experience Ameland at its best. Our house and the entire interior were completely renovated in November 2021. The house is a semi-detached house.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Fantastische en karakteristieke watervilla uit 1915 aan open vaarwater. Volledig gemoderniseerd, van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijke plaats om van rust en water(sport) te genieten. Stap vanuit deze 'parel in Friesland' direct op de boot om heerlijk te zeilen, te vissen of te varen. Of geniet vanuit de sauna en hottub van de heerlijke rust. In de directe omgeving liggen Joure, Sneek en Heerenveen waar je terecht kunt voor allerlei voorzieningen, zowel in de zomer alsook in de winter.

Ferienhaus Friesland Woudsend

Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Boot an einem 16 m langem, privaten Steg anzulegen. Durch die Südlage des Grundstücks liegt der Garten den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Die neue, moderne Küche beinhaltet einen Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Gas-Herd, Backofen sowie Mikrowelle. Liebe Gäste, leider wurde ich für 2026 gezwungen, die Preise um 12% zu erhöhen, da die Regierung die USt. von 9% auf 21 % erhöht hat. Ich hoffe, Ihr kommt trotzdem ALLE wieder.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine Süd-West-Ausrichtung, so dass Sie auf der Terrasse die Mittags- und Abendsonne genießen können. Vom eigenen, privaten Bootssteg kann man direkt ins Wasser hüpfen und anschließend auf der Loggia herrlich relaxen und sonnenbaden. Der große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Even naar het dorp varen voor een borrel of 's ochtends naar de bakker voor verse broodjes. Maar ook een dagtocht over de Friese meren is een stille sensatie!
