There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. Open floor plan 1600 sqft, 3 bed 2 bath home on 1 acre! Goats (Brownie and Oreo), hot tub, arcades, foosball, and beanbag chairs! 24 minutes to the Dinosaur Quarry. You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Temple Place 1 & 2 is located in town and is a cozy space to stay while visiting the beautiful Uintah Basin. Whether you're traveling with a large family or as a lone wolf, here to visit the Vernal Temple or for an array of other different activities this is the place for you. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

Escape to Lake View Ranch, a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath basement apartment with stunning views of Steinaker Lake. Enjoy a kitchen, cozy living room, and private movie theater room. Private entrance. This house is across the street from an LDS church, within walking distance to main street shopping, and a close drive to grocery stores. You will be a walk away from the city pool and library, and close to parks. Teachers and Armed Services members may qualify for discount.

Located .5 of a mile from the Uintah Rec Center, Utah Field House of National History is within .6 miles. Short 20 min drive to sought after Dinosaur National Monument. Many hikes, fishing & ATV trails to enjoy nearby!

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Cozy Cottage - 1928 Farm House 2/BR 1/BA

Cozy Cottage was built in 1928 and includes antique accents throughout. Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets. Walk through the small apple orchard and enjoy the deer herd that walks through in the morning and evening. Take a five-minute drive to downtown Vernal with easy access to Buckskin Hills Recreation Area, Steinaker State Park, Red Fleet State Park, McCoy Flats, Flaming Gorge, and Dinosaur National Monument.

Downtown Hideout

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room plus a small TV and DVD in bedroom. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
