Apartman je smjesten u tihoj zoni na oko 5 minuta hoda od Male plaze i zidina Staroga grada. Apartman je namjenjen za porodicni odmor do 8 osoba.Gosti na raspolaganju imaju 3 spavace sobe , komplet opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak i 3 kupatila.Apartman posjeduje poseban ulaz, balkon sa pogledom na more i terasu. Smjestajne jedinice su klimatizovane i imaju besplatan Wi Fi. Dva javna parkinga su u samoj blizini objekta. Jedina obaveza gosta je placanje takse od 0.70 € na dan. Djeca ne placaju.

The cities of Bar and Ulcinji are located 10km from the villa. We offer extra water activities-jet ski rental and water sports equipment (additional fees). This super villa has 5 bedrooms and attached bathroom. Villa features high luxury furniture, appliances, huge balconies, big laundry room, jacuzzi bathtubs, TVs, wifi and a camera system.

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
