Location Location … this spacious self contained apartment is beachside living at it’s best for 2 adults. The property adjoins the beach foreshore with stunning views over the sand and ocean. Relax on the spacious deck, listen to the waves, watch the board riders or stroll 80 metres down the hill to the steps of the pristine beach. Your space is a separate and private part of a home . It’s a 10 min walk to cafes, a variety of local shops and Bannisters Pavilion.

Funky cabin by the beach

The large living room includes a fully equipped kitchen, table with chairs, lounge/TV area, electric piano, a closet, and a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. The private bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The cabin is on the property of our grandparents’ house, which is sometimes occupied by family or rented out on Airbnb. The garden and barbecue area are therefore shared.

One of the few homes to be perched a top a hill on Mitchell Parade, allowing for spectacular 180 degree panoramic views. The beach is directly accessed via your own private staircase, and the rear driveway allows easy access for luggage and shopping when you arrive.

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
