Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Our home is close to both the Lakes and the sea, situated in the centre of the vibrant market town of Ulverston which is packed with a good variety of restaurants and non chain bars. The cottage was built in 1890 and is located in the heart of the town. The house has good kitchen stocked with all the basics, from herbs, condiments and even the odd tin of baked beans, so if you fancy cooking, you can!. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, friends and business travellers.

Cooper's Cottage in the heart of Ulverston

Cooper's Cottage is tucked away in a back lane in the heart of Ulverston, situated next to the old brewery and is one of a pair of terraced barrel makers’ cottages. Ulverston is a charming little town, with a host of independent shops, a great range of pubs, cafes and restaurants and Art Deco cinema. There are lovely walks from the door and it is just a short drive, bike or bus ride to the southern lakes and many other Lake District gems - I'm always happy to make recommendations.

Surrounded by fields & 500 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Ulverston. It is situated 10 minutes from the start of the Cumbria Way walk.
