Ten Springs Farm offers easy access to some of Vermont's finest ski areas (Stowe and Jay Peak each 1 hour away, Smugglers Notch and Bolton Valley each 1/2 hour away) and hiking, biking, sledding and groomed cross-country skiing. Located at the base of Mt Mansfield it is a newly renovated 1840's Vermont farmhouse. Surrounded by open fields and beautiful mountain views, it is close to many recreational, cultural and culinary activities. Burlington and Lake Champlain are less than an hour away.

NOTE: Minimum age of 25 years required to rent our house and to be a guest here. Children traveling with parents are exempt from this age requirement. Exceptions made on a case by case basis. Beautiful, bright, and spacious 4 bedroom home in the heart of Smuggler's Notch area with views of the mountains. Less than 4 miles to Smugglers Notch Resort and 1 mile from the Wedding Barn. Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
