Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double & one queen sized bedroom, small sofa bed and delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. NB. A short drive away from the peak district, it is very private with its own fully fenced, dog friendly garden. A great short break destination surrounded by some beautiful walking and cycling routes including Route 6 and Sherwood Pines.

The Laurels - a peaceful spot in village location

The Laurels offers one storey comfortable accommodation for young families; adults; and those wanting to explore the surrounding area. The lounge/dining room with patio doors overlooks the large, south facing, enclosed garden. As grandparents to a number of young children, we have toys and games for your use. 1 cot and 2 cotbeds are available by prior arrangement for young families and will easily fit as extras in the bedrooms. Sorry no pets / no smoking inside the property!
