Centrally located near I-71 and Cooke Road, we are 12 minutes from the Short North, Easton and Polaris/ Ikea; 7 minutes from the fairgrounds and 10 minutes from OSU. The perfect spot for families or business travelers!

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!
