Welcome to what we like to call The Frida Apartment, our beautiful Spanish colonial villa in the heart of Hollywood Hills just steps from the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park and Universal Studios. Our neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, scenic, great for iconic walks and hikes yet, only minutes from nightlife & attractions. The guesthouse is on the lower level of our property. You'll have your own private entrance & deck. Lots of bright natural light. Super fast WiFi. Great for remote working.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
