You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, and the coziness (it's a tiny house!). It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. Conveniently located full studio apartment with a Queen bed, Full kitchen, bathroom with tile shower. Free WIFI. Take the 7 or 18 bus, and BART is a ten minute ride away. Downtown is also walkable from the house. The Transbay bus to SF picks up across the street. We’re about a mile from the UC Berkeley. Chez Panisse, Gourmet Ghetto are just 6-7 blocks south; Andronico’s, Safeway supermarkets, Monterey Market, Magnani’s meats, Local fish market all within walking distance.

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property.
