Beautiful S. University Apartment

Stay in this beautiful South University apartment. The location is fabulous- charming neighborhood with street parking. Only five blocks from the University of Oregon, we’re located on the bike path. Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with a new queen bed and bedding, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, large living room with flat screen TV, DVD, cable and high speed Wi-Fi. Large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, new dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher and dining room. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, the apartment has a loft overlooking the living room that has additional double futon bed for additional guests. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market, Humble Bagel, Humble Beagle Pub, Allan Bros. Coffee, an Indian restaurant and burrito shop. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival. CLEANING FEE - $40 cash pays for cleaning of loft prior to your arrival. PARKING – street parking available. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have parking pass ready free of charge. The calendar is up to date. If it shows availability on the dates you are looking for, then the place is available and you can book it! Petite Retreat - UofO Campus Studio

Our quiet studio has everything you need for your Eugene visit. The unit comes with AC, washer/dryer, and a gorgeous outside patio. There is 1 off-street parking spot available. Our home is within walking distance (about 0.6 miles) to Hayward field and the 19th Ave neighborhood commercial area. You are close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, as well as the best ice cream & dessert places in town. If you are coming to visit the UofO college campus this is the studio for you!

Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Hayward Cottage

Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

University Charm Bungalow - 4 block walk to UofO

Newly renovated & furnished, charming bungalow sits only a few blocks from the University of Oregon campus and some of the best restaurants in Eugene. Built in 1936, but recently renovated with updated bathrooms and kitchen, the house offers a retro feel with modern amenities for your comfort. The private back patio offers an area to relax outside after a long day of walking the town, exploring Hendricks Park, or attending an event to cheer on the Ducks!

Hayward Field Studio

Enjoy Beautiful open space with lots of windows and access to your own private deck. Heated floors for the Eugene cold. A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :) - minimal, clean, efficient design - Location unbeatable

Emerald City Bungalow, Studio 2 Blocks to U of O

The Emerald City Bungalow is only 2 blocks from campus, but you'll find plenty of relaxation in the light filled studio & on the peaceful garden patio in the fully fenced backyard. Comfy queen sized bed, kitchenette for cooking meals or just making coffee (provided!), Wi-Fi, TV, AC & a covered bike rack in fenced backyard make this place a great find.
