New Marigny Shotgun

My double shotgun, located in the New Marigny, is a spacious two-bedroom home complete with 19th-century architectural details, 14-foot ceilings, and original heart pine floors. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. As a native New Orleanian, I love living in close proximity to some of the best live music and food in the world, while at the same time showing visitors a genuine portrayal of the city.

2BD/2BA, Mins to Quarter & City Park, Pet Friendly

From this location you're within 15 minutes of all the hot spots in the city. 20 minutes from the airport, 13 minutes from the French Quarter & Bourbon Street, 13 minutes from the Convention Center, and 15 minutes from the WWII museum. There's two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TV's, ceiling fans and full length mirrors. The backyard is fully fenced in the back, although not fenced along the driveway.
