Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Die gemütliche Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss einer historischen Stadtvilla befindet sich in einem urbanen und angesagten Stadtteil, nur einen Katzensprung zur pittoresken Altstadt von Salzburg entfernt. In 20 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Neutor, den Eingang der Mozartstadt bzw des Festspielbezirks oder wählen Sie aus 2 direkten Buslinien, welche direkt in das Zentrum von Salzburg führen. Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft.

Gemütliche helle Wohnung mitten im Ort

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!

Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.
