Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. A unique balcony makes the most of the woodland views. In 5 minutes you can be on the Trans Pennine Trail - excellent for cycling & walking trips. The cottage is 5 minute walk to the local Camra pub (The Huntsman) and The Cottage Bakery just over the road. Excellent speed fibre broadband. Themed rooms due to my big collection of items.

A cosy, well equipped apartment for up to 5 guests on the ground floor of an old corn store building. Lovingly converted in 2016. The accommodation includes a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private garden with romantic entertaining space and direct access to Pingle Cluck where you can collect eggs! The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We accommodate dogs and we own our own private dog park.

It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk if requested . You have reserved parking outside the property. We are very close to Holmfirth its 5.4 miles 13 min drive
