Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Kaiteriteri Seachange, Garden Apartment

What makes Seachange stand out from other Kaiteriteri listings? We have 2 Queen Bedrooms both with en-suites, (a third Super King bedroom is available and can be used for an additional cost), breakfast/living area and large outdoor living space for you to use. You can cook your evening meal on the bbq and side burner under the deck. We are only 3 mins walk to the beach, cafes, kayaks and water taxis in the heart of Kaiteriteri. Beaconview

We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish to have 2 single beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

The Last Straw Cottage

Beautiful Boutique Straw Bale Cottage, completely private with 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6 adults, plus 2 additional single beds and cot available) on a 16 acre farm in Brightwater, Nelson. Situated in the heart of wine country with beaches, rivers (fly fishing), cafes and cycle trails a few minutes away. Large garden, BBQ & outdoor dining. Cath and Al are kiwi locals having been born and brought up in this area and lived here all our lives. We are happy to give guests advice on where to visit and what to see. Our accommodation is located in a quiet peaceful location with bush and native birdsong on a ridge. There are breathtaking views across Sandy Bay, Marahau and Abel Tasman National Park from the apartment.
