Downtown Traverse City Loft in Historic Firehouse

Firehouse One is a historic brick building located in the center of Downtown Traverse City a couple blocks away from West Bay and steps away from some of the best shops and restaurants in town. Built in 1891, Firehouse One was Traverse City’s first fire station. During a ground up restoration of the building in 2021/2022, extra care was given to preserve the historic character and charm of the building. The loft with its 15’ open ceilings between rooms will have 3 bedrooms starting May 1, '25

Eagle Harbor Cottage Loft has glimpses of the Lake from the Loft! It is a renovated, lake-themed apartment/loft (above detached garage) nestled in the woods behind the owner’s main house. Guests have a private entrance and guest parking space. Guests have access to private dock next to the Lake to relax and enjoy sunsets. Two bicycles and 2 kayaks are available for guest use as well. We invite you to spend time refreshing and reflecting on the beauty and peacefulness of the woods and lake.

Historic John Quinn Saloon Loft Apartment

This loft style apartment, located on the second floor of a 100 year old building in the tourist district of Sault Ste. Marie, MI was recently completely re-modeled. Featuring historic elements blended with quality finishes, it's immaculate and well appointed, but still casual and welcoming. You'll have an easy walk to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and many area attractions. And it features one of the finest views of the Soo Locks in town. (Unfortunately, guests must be 18 or older).
