"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Beautiful first floor, 1 bedroom/1.5 bath beach block OCNJ condo. There is a second story deck over looking the ocean. The condo was completely renovated and refreshed in 2026. Large master bedroom with full bathroom. There is an updated kitchen, large refrigerator, Wifi, two HDTVs , DVD player, Central AC and a washer/dryer. Sac O Subs, Mallon's Bakery and A la Mode ice cream within walking minutes from the condo. One mile from Corson's inlet for boating and kayaking. We rent all year.

The Saltwater House - Low Tide Suite - 1st Floor

Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Low Tide Suite is located on the first floor of the home, which provides easy access for guests traveling with kids or older guests that prefer not to do many steps. With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this modern minimalist space is a great place to call home for your beach vacation!

The boardwalk in front of our home leads to the beach path access across the street. You will enjoy views from both the front and back decks: including the beach & Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. We are 15 miles Sea Isle city and OC NJ we offer a get away from all of the busyness and crowds at the beaches. 34 acres of woods surround the property. Firepit area to enjoy outdoor fun. Firewood is provided. Very spacious floorplan inside this ranch style house. Updated and very clean. Linens provided. No pets on property and no smoking. Pickleball court (Bring your own equipment.) Minimum toilet paper.
