Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Cwmclyn Canol is a quiet and cozy cottage inside the Bannau Breicheniog National Park with a pub within walking distances and footpaths directly onto Pen Y Fan. The cottage was refurbished in 2022 to a high standard and boasts magnificent mountain views. Additional views include waddling ducks, squabbling chickens and honking geese. Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.

Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The cottage is welcoming for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families.

We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
