This spacious Grade II listed 3 bed house with a garden is a 30 minute walk from Bath city centre in the Upper Weston region of Bath. There are shops, cafe's, take aways and pubs all within a couple of minutes walk as well as glorious countryside on the doorstep. It has easy access to the M4 giving it great links to the city centre as well as further afield. The property would be perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing stay in the Bath area. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

This studio is immaculate, calm and peaceful. It has been refurbished in the last two years. It is a private space within our house with its own entrance, bathroom and facilities for drinks and a microwave. It is on a main road but there is double glazing, blinds and blackout curtains.
