The house is newly renovated but we have the same listing as before! This is a great house for a family. It has two bedrooms, one downstairs and one on the loft. It is situated in a northern suburb of Stockholm with great access to public transport. The bus stop is about 200m walk and the metro train is less than ten minutes' walk. You will really enjoy your stay in this lovely traditional Swedish home.

Hemtrevligt kedjehus på återvändsgata i lugnt och barnvänligt område i Sollentuna. Tre sovrum på övre plan, ett på nedre plan, två badrum och trädgård med både morgon- och kvällssol. Nära naturreservat och bad, men även närhet till både city och Arlanda (ca 20 min med pendeltåg). Huset rymmer många och är perfekt för småbarnsfamilj då vi själva har två små barn.

Helt nyrenoverad del av radhus på 38 kvm med uteplats på ca 80 kvm uthyres. Uteplatsen är rustad med bord och stolar för utomhus förtäring. Önskar man grilla så finns det grill att låna om man frågar. Djur är välkomna att följa med och staket finns på uteplatsen så hundar kan vara lösa på tomten. Tvättmaskin och torkställning finns om man behöver tvätta.

Our house is a comfy two level house in a fantastic location just 150 m from the water and 15 min walk away from the cosy town center and the little picturesque Northern port. Here you can find a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops.
