Casa do Outeiro

This stone house is a charming space, great for a romantic getaway for two. Built from a ruin, the house has been recreated, retaining the spirit of the typical lava homes, but with the amenities of a lifestyle that is exquisite yet relaxed. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The open space you have is truly original, with two glass walls, from ceiling to floor (sliding glass doors). On the northern side you can enjoy the view of the island of São Jorge and the canal, to the left the majestic northern bays of the island and on the other side of the living room a different space, exclusive and private, where you can enjoy the sun or a romantic dinner, a stone barbecue and a cut cliff that allows you to see the various layers of lava formation in a small garden. This house is part of a small family owned resort, where there is a restaurant called Magma, a grocery store, a yoga room and an heated swimming pool. Amazing....

Casa de campo tradicional da Ilha de São Jorge , construída há 100 anos por nossos bisavós,era nessa altura uma pequena casa e palheiro,onde guardavam os animais que trabalhavam na lavoura. Está localizada a poucos metros do mar em um local absolutamente tranquilo. A zona envolvente é ótima para passeios, caminhadas e banhos no mar.
