Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Vårt hus erbjuder såväl en av nordens mest välbesökta klätterleder bakom knuten som närheten till Kvibergs fotbollsplaner under Gothia cup. Med buss 510 på gatan tar ni er till Centralstationen och Heden på 21 minuter utan byte. Huset ligger vackert beläget nedanför Utbyberget och på 15 minuter tar ni er enkelt upp till en liten sjö som erbjuder både hopptorn, bryggor och klippbad. Välkomna

Mysig källarelägenhet med egen ingång o parkering

Välkommen till en mysig källarelägenhet 25 kvm med parkering och egen ingång och självständig incheckning. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt villaområde. Rökning är inte tillåtet och vi som hyr ut bor i samma hus och hjälper gärna till. Rum med smart-TV och säng på 140 cm för 1-2 personer. Enkelt utrustat kök och egen toalett. Delat utrymme är dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Gratis bilparkering på tomten eller busshållplats 1 min från boendet o affärer o restauranger i närheten. Välkommen!

Eget gäst-wifi ingår liksom tv samt ett ljudsystem från Sonos. En promenad på ca 5-10 minuter tar dig ner till Sävedalens köpgata med olika butiker och ett flertal restauranger. På ungefär samma tid tar du dig till busshållplats för vidare färd mot Göteborg. En taxi till centrala Göteborg kostar ca 150-300 kr

Lägenheten ligger nära centrum 8-10 minuter med spårvagn. Spårvagn 5 går direkt till Liseberg, Universeum, Svenska Mässan, Avenyn, Nordstan. Lägenheten ligger med Delsjöns naturreservat precis runt hörnet,med badplatser samt vandrings och cykelleder. Det finns flera mysiga restauranger och mindre butiker nära lägenheten, på gångavstånd. Ica Kvantum några minuter bort med bil ca 2 km. Kvarterskrogen Intill, Kvarterskrogen Oizo, Ölstugan Tullen Luxury Sushi, Pizza, Thai m fl på gångavstånd.

Hyr vårt nybyggda, kompletta minihus centralt beläget i östra centrum av Göteborg. Här bor du lugnt och bekvämt. Området är centralt och fridfullt med mycket grönska. Huset är fullutrustat, välplanerat och snyggt och ligger bara 10 min bussresa eller spårvagnsresa från centrum! Perfekt om du ska på Liseberg, konsert på Ullevi, Gothia Cup, eller bara turista helt enkelt! Promenera i området, åk till närmsta sjö, ta en glass på glasscaféet i Sävedalen. Här finns allt på bekvämt avstånd!

Excelent for 1-2 people for a short or a longer stay Fully equipped house and you'll live comfortably 15 minutes, by bus or car, from central Gothenburg. Close to Landvetter flygplats - 20 min by car. Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi or have a work week on the west coast. Park the car in the driveway and take the bus. Bus stops nearby with good connections to town

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Ca 20 min med buss till Göteborg city. 400 m till Kvibergs park där både Partille cup och Gothia cup spelar många av sina matcher. Vi önskar hyra till familj och par. Lounge möbeln utanför attefall huset ingår, inte uteköket och solbädden Rökfritt, inga husdjur. Vi tillåter ej fest, och inte hög musik
