Newly constructed studio apartment located on the bay front in the center of the town shoreline. Short walk to popular dive centers and restaurants, bars and clubs. Five minute walk to the ferry dock. Five minute mini taxi ride or fifteen minute walk to Chepas Beach located on the western end of the town or the popular Bando Beach and bar/restaurant located on the eastern end of the town. Studio apartment located on the bottom floor of a dwelling home. Security guard on duty 11 pm to 6 am.

Beach Sunset Studio - Amazing location!

The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Villa Verde #2 Apart./Hotel

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, clean, stylish space. We have tried to provide you with the essential amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

These beautiful bright and sunny, brand new, fully furnished one bedroom apartments are complete with full sized beds, kitchen with amenities, living room, tv for guest streaming, WiFi, air condition, ceiling fans, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot water. This property is waterfront with boat dock access and views of the Utila Upper Lagoon. Directly across the street is the Caribbean harbor side. 100 steps to the sea, and Trudy's restaurant.

Casa Mar Azul is a two bedroom, single bath waterfront apartment that can comfortably sleep up to 4 Adults! One of the bedrooms contains a Queen Sized Bed, while the other contains 2 Doubles. This is a perfect configuration when it turns out that you unexpectedly have additional friends joining you for your vacation on Utila, which in our experience, happens pretty frequently. The Power Allowance at Casa Mar Azul is a generous 45 kilowatts per day

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

Casa Colorada - in the Heart of an Island Paradise

Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean. The ambiance of the property invites to relax in a hammock, sunbathe, go snorkeling or swimming and to enjoy quiet evenings around the fire pit. Moreover the property is close to local restaurants and convenience stores.
