Hummingbird House Utila

Hummingbird House is a beautiful/quaint 2 br home. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi & kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance (via the outside stairs) both with a Queen Bed, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Paradise Palms Cabin #2

~A Tropical Honeymoon Retreat~ Both Cabins are completely furnished with all amenities. Hot water in shower, bath lavatory, and kitchen sink. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, + lots more. In the living room theres a comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, Wifi, smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa with BBQ pit for those special events. Also at the back of the cabin there’s an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to enjoy.

Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Utila Seabreeze Apartments One-Bedroom - Apt 3

These beautiful bright and sunny, fully furnished one bedroom apartments are complete with full sized beds, kitchen with minimal amenities for short term stays, living room, WiFi, air condition, ceiling fans, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot water. This property is waterfront with a rooftop terrace and boat dock access, and beautiful views of the Utila upper lagoon. Directly across the street is the Caribbean Sea and Trudy's restaurant.

Beach Casita, Secluded beauty at Paradise Regained

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Casa Mar Azul (House on Blue Sea)

Casa Mar Azul is a two bedroom, single bath waterfront apartment that can comfortably sleep up to 4 Adults! One of the bedrooms contains a Queen Sized Bed, while the other contains 2 Doubles. This is a perfect configuration when it turns out that you unexpectedly have additional friends joining you for your vacation on Utila, which in our experience, happens pretty frequently. The Power Allowance at Casa Mar Azul is a generous 45 kilowatts per day

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
