This Tiny Cabin is located in the Texas Hill Country, Bandera TX. Come enjoy our secure homestead with goats, hens, ducks and the family pets, 5 dogs and 1 cat. The homestead is on over 5 acres in the "Cowboy Capital of the World". Just 8 minutes to town with lots of live music, BBQ, southern food restaurants and plenty of small-town shopping of boutiques, antiques and more. You can sit by the river or take a stroll down Main Street. The above ground pool is 33 ft round, behind the main house.

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.
