This comfortable, clean, bright and spacious apartment is located at the most beautiful canal in the historic heart of Utrecht and within walking distance of all sights. It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. You can use the peaceful terrace next to the canal for your breakfast or drinks. You will love this special medieval place, so typical of Utrecht! It is the perfect home away from home.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in heart of the city

Spacious top floor apartment (110m2) for 2 couples or a small family (teenage children) with sunny balconies, study corner, piano, and (paid) parking in the street. Located within a walking distance to all city sights, parks, bars, restaurants and public transport. Museum across the street. Because of the antiques, not suitable for small children. Like many Dutch apartments, the stairs are very steep and narrow, so carrying huge suitcases upstairs is a challenge, especially for elderly people.

Central cosy house

Gezellige lichte benedenwoning in Utrecht. Dichtbij het Vaartsche Rijn Station, centrum en uitvalswegen. Deze liggen op een steenworp afstand. Ook zijn er diverse voorzieningen in de buurt. De woning is ideaal als uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Utrecht, Amsterdam of de rondom liggende steden. Bij voorkeur denk ik in oplossingen, mocht je speciale wensen hebben laat het dan op tijd weten. Samen komen we er wel uit. TV, Chromecast connect met huiskamer. Breng je Netflix.

In het centrum en aan het bekendste park van Utrecht ligt dit prachtige appartement. Je loopt in 3 minuten naar het centrum of maakt een wandeling in het Grifpark. Dit compleet gerenoveerde appartement is een heerlijke uitval basis voor kort en lang verblijf. Het is letterlijk thuiskomen en in rust genieten. Uniek is het grote terras van 15 vierkante meter waar je lekker kan genieten van de ochtend en middag zon. Om de buurt te verkennen kan je twee gratis fietsen lenen.
