Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, guests can enjoy access to three private lakes (bring your own kayak/paddleboard) and miles of rugged ranch trails, perfect for hiking and riding. Our property offers a true backcountry experience, so please know that while our trails are maintained, guests should expect natural terrain and a more rugged experience than what you would experience at a state park.

The Nueces Oasis - Private River Access!

‘The Nueces Oasis” invites you to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental home in Camp Wood! Just a few steps away to the glistening water of Lake Nueces, breathtaking mountain views, and upscale amenities make this home irresistible! Retreat to the water and fish from the bank, hop in a kayak or Jon boat, or start a fire in the pit to end a perfect day. This Beautiful home has a large cold water swim spa and Glamorous Outdoor Kitchen and Pavilion to entertain your family. Steps away from your private riverfront on our property with Picnic Tables in the river to enjoy. Starting in 2026 we will implement our sliding scale pricing, this home has a base price of 695 a night with 12 guests, each guest above 12 will be $25 per night per person extra, this will help our groups that have smaller number of guests save a little extra money.

Rustic ranch home with master bedroom (queen), and a loft with a double bed and two single beds. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa, couches and comfy chairs to relax in after a day in the river.

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway! It is absolutely beautiful, unique, & freshly remodeled. Features private river access. Deck overlooks the river. 3 minutes from Garner State Park, 12 minutes from both Leakey and Concan. The Space On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a loft, & reading space. Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape along side the Frio River. This home was built in 2024. It has a cute porch with a beautiful view of the mountainside and river. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in. This agreement will be emailed to you after you have reserved your reservation.
