Steps away from your private riverfront on our property with Picnic Tables in the river to enjoy. Starting in 2026 we will implement our sliding scale pricing, this home has a base price of 695 a night with 12 guests, each guest above 12 will be $25 per night per person extra, this will help our groups that have smaller number of guests save a little extra money.

Rustic ranch home with master bedroom (queen), and a loft with a double bed and two single beds. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa, couches and comfy chairs to relax in after a day in the river.

Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.

Tiny Home @ Frio River Grove

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape along side the Frio River. This home was built in 2024. It has a cute porch with a beautiful view of the mountainside and river. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in. This agreement will be emailed to you after you have reserved your reservation. You will need to provide us your email address, through Airbnb messaging.

The PoolHouse on the River

Offering a stylish, newly remodeled PoolHouse on the beautiful Sabinal River. It is close to the Frio River, Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park, breweries and vineyards. Surrounded by the famous Twisted Sisters. Watch deer roam the property, enjoy swimming in the river (direct access) or the property pool. Note: the pool is shared with another cabin and my family home.
