The space: When you walk through the gates of the courtyard of the Loft, you will enter a completely different, dream-like world. Silence, Nature, Space and Privacy are the keywords, when we try to describe what you will experience during a stay in our beautiful loft. The Loft itself is an airy, open-door environment, where you are completely surrounded by views of nature and a constant breeze. This unique, converted barn, which was build in 1753, has all the basic modern amenities you need for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. It is a place where history and nature are combined with a detailed eye for design. This 150M2 building used to be one of the storage barns, which belonged to the main plantation house, that is also on this terrain. If you appreciate design, but also the rustic of being outside in the raw nature of Curacao, with space and full privacy- this is the place for you. Inside the loft you have a spacious open-kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffeemaker, American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser) and wide living room with original art pieces and the freshness of the wind that always blows through. In the living room there is a big flatscreen tv, to relax and watch movies on the couch. There are 2 bedrooms. Each one has airconditioning. Excellent wifi in the whole building. Outside on the south-side, you have a private deck with a plunge pool; perfect to get a tan, do yoga, lounge, cool off or have some wine, while watching the stars. The pool is a small dip-pool, perfect for cooling off, but not large enough to really swim. On the north side is the courtyard, with a grill and table for romantic outside dinners. Here you will find yourself in a bare-foot-luxury bubble in space and time. It will inspire you to slow down, take in the natural sounds, breathtaking views and enjoy the magical sunrises and sunsets, with all of Curaçao’s flora and fauna at your doorstep. The loft is located on the terrain of Landhuis des Bouvrie, where we, the owners, also live and host personally. All outside of the hectic, touristic areas and a bit off the beaten track. The most beautiful and natural beaches and nature parks are all on this side of the island. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car and a supermarket, pharmacy, general practice, gasstation and little bakery can be found only 5 minutes by car in the nearby village Tera Corá. If you are the adventurous, nature-loving and independent traveler, who wants to a unique, unforgettable stay in Curaçao, then this is your place to stay! If you would like an extra bedroom with a booking of 2 persons, this will bring extra costs.

Located on a 1100 square meter lot overlooking the ocean, the villa includes a large outdoor terrace framed by tropical plants and colourful birds with ample space for relaxation and entertainment in sensuality. The complete picture create a charming space for a quiet holiday. The beautiful and fancy 9 x 4 meter pool with a real waterfall will blow your mind. A charming outdoor table inviting you to a delicious meal from the grill, accompanied by a good wine and the Caribbean breeze. The oriental interior of the villa offers a special and cozy atmosphere for festive nights and bright mornings, its elegant and traditional decoration accentuating the presence of the tropical environment. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffeemaker, water heater, ice machine, while enjoying drinks in the pool area. Then meet around the beautiful more then 200 years old Indonesian table of ten people for an unforgettable sunset. Snuggle in the living room with your favourite movies (netflix), or savor the evening air on the huge terrace and try to count the boat lights at sea. The bedrooms are spacious and extraordinary, providing total comfort and privacy for a quiet time of tranquility. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have a selling fan. Some of them enjoy breathtaking ocean views and have direct access to the furnished terraces and magnificent bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, three bedrooms have a queen bed, one bedroom with a single bed and in the living room from the apartment downstairs there is also a sleepsofa. All the upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom and the two bedrooms downstairs share one bathroom. With space for 11 adults the villa is ideal for relaxation and disconnection. The surroundings of Cas Abao resort are amazing. Flying flamingos over the coastline, jumping dolphins in the ocean, parrots that are passing by are no rarities at this location. The private small beach is just a 5 minute walk from the villa and is perfect for snorkelling or for a cooling swim. A bigger Caribbean feeling than here is hard to get. The price includes 20 kwh electricity a night and 4 m3 water a week based on 4 guest or 40 kwh electricity a night and 8 m3 water a week based on 8 guest.
