The Lodgepole Overlook Carriage House is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood. It offers a forested and private escape from the hustle and bustle of the ski area and downtown Breckenridge. This private home is located on the north side of Breckenridge and eliminates the delays and frustration of getting in and out of town... especially when going to other nearby ski areas or parts of the county. The VERY PRIVATE hot tub is nestled against the White River National Forest which borders the property.

Located just 2 miles from Beaver Creek and 7 miles from Vail, on the Eagle-Vail golf course. In the winter time, the golf course is the perfect spot for snowshoeing and sledding! In the summer, enjoy golf, the nearby community pool or hikes right from the house.

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds.
